Not the smartest thing I've ever done. Thought I could sneak in the workout (originally intended to be 6x800m) before the downpour. Started raining as I was finishing my warmup. Track was soaked, slippery, and covered with water. Stand-up wind around the turns. Could no longer see out of my glasses as I was finishing the 4th interval, so decided it was best to move on. Given the conditions, the times weren't so bad. Effort was still there. Felt some tightness in my right hamstring on the first one so didn't want to push it too much. Felt better after. Hope I don't get sick.
