Notes
Ran home from work. Had originally thought of doing a hill workout over lunch, but Jill needed me home by 4:30pm.
Route was through Loring Park -- Kenwood Pkwy--CLT. Once on Cedar Lake Trail I did 1 min on, 90 seconds off until I got off at Rhode Island. Worked out to about 10 minutes of "on." Probably was low 6 minute/high 5s (garmin wasn't working). Felt in control and never pushed it, and kept up a steady pace on the 90s. A bit more than I wanted to do today in terms of mileage but it's good to get ahead this week.
