Notes

First track workout in a few weeks where the weather cooperated and the track was dry (though quite windy at times on back stretch). First interval was probably about 2 seconds too fast. Would have preferred to start more conservatively and hit the times on the middle too a few seconds quicker. Overall felt pretty good. Ran w/ lunaracers.
