Good run - first mile was 8:35 or so - pretty much puts me at 8 minute pace for the other 3 miles. I feel pretty good about this run. I have been running fairly slow for the most part, this was my first real test at really pushing some speed. I think once I start losing some real weight my speed should pick up too.
