Notes

First mile at about 8:25 - picked up pace afterwards. 2 mile split 16:25 - good negative split. Mile 3 was 24:30. Tough run, forgot to grab my water and I felt like I needed it but I did ok without it.

30 sit ups and 15 pushups. They both seem to be getting easier.
