Notes

Nice easy paced run to blow the cobwebs out and keep things loose after yesterday. Legs a little sore, but nothing major. I feel like I am slowly getting back into form. That's not to say that I will be running 6 minute miles anytime soon but I am happy with my 9 minute pace for now. I am getting good mileage and I can work on the speed later.
