Started at 4:05pm right after work and rode the Ashland City Loop (https://ridewithgps.com/routes/15151021). My legs were tired from the long Frozen Head run. Also it got dark while I was riding and I didn't have a light, so the end was very slow.
GPS has the route at over 5,100 feet of elevation gain.
