Ran from the hotel (Day's Inn) in Amherst up to Lake Eerie and East from there. It was hotter and more humid than I'd hoped, though not as bad as in Nashville. Marla ran about 7 miles as well. We were there to pick up Jonah from Credo.
We both passed a guy talking to a woman on the street and neither felt good about it - seemed agitated and hope he wasn't going to get violent. She wasn't crying, obviously hurt, or asking for help, but I wish I had asked if she was OK.
