Early morning, but already quite humid. Good training load this week, with a 5k on Monday, Harriers workout on Tue, mile repeats Thur. Couldn't quite push up the hill in the last 0.5 mile fast enough for a PR.
Splits: 5:44, 5:57, 6:07 pace. Gotta hold the pace better after 1.75 miles, with the hills at the end.
