Rock & Road race. 1st place master's, 5th overall. Marla was 3rd woman.
Pretty happy with how I ran - didn't start way too fast, and was able to push some in the last half of the race. Liz Canty passed me with 2 miles to go and I tried to keep up with her but my legs cramped and stopped me. I walked for a minute and then ran the rest of the way but couldn't catch her.
We did 5 laps of 6 miles, trail for the first part and road for the second part. Splits:
