Late night after a long day. Too dark to run. Went in the garage for a bike ride before a late dinner.
I used the same strategy as before. I used the Garmin for HR, and manually hit the Lap button every time I passed a milemarker on my bike's CatEye readout. I plan on buying the Garmin add-on soon for my bike.
It was cold enough to see my breath in there. I took the extra couple of minutes to set up the house Bose in the garage, so I had some tunes. They had a positive impact. I increased the resistance a bit too. I think the combo of the tunes and the resistance helped boost my HR, but I have no idea. While I am not blown away, I am glad I got something done today.
