Notes
Normally when I have been running, I just go and periodically check my watch. When it beeps at the mile marker, I check how fast I went. Often I was disappointed to see 10 minutes or so.
Today was different. I just felt like I wanted to know where I would stand if I tried harder, and checked the watch more often. Therefore, I was all over my watch on this run. I couldn't let myself go slowly, and wanted to keep this run more up-tempo. (hence the categorization)
Overall, I think the two days off did wonders for knees, and I felt fresh and solid out there. I still have to work on my form, and I still feel like a bit of a running novice, but it was nice to see some progress.
