I wanted to get a longer ride in this week, and due to the snow, I was able to. I knew I had a big day ahead of me, so I had to wake up at a decent hour and get on the bike.

My cadence avg. was 84, and I was glad that I was able to hold up about 18mph for the duration. This was mostly about logging some more base miles to prepare for the spring/summer. I am going to code it as 'long' even though it wasn't too long. I figure if I have to bring 2 water bottles, it is long.

Awesome work, Joe! over 18 mph for 12 miles is sweet. You've got the right idea of laying down some base now before Spring and Summer. You will be killing it then!

Nice job boss... hope you've considered hooking up that stationary bike to a generator, as you can probably heat the whole house at that pace!
