I had to give a presentation yesterday morning in 'Middle of Nowhere' Pennsylvania. It ruined my workout plans!
Despite the light snow on the ground, and some solid ice patches, I managed to get in a decent run this moring. I have been terribly slow though lately. Am I getting slower? Am I not pushing hard enough? Maybe I am just a little extra tired lately from the baby and work and stuff...maybe still recovering from my head cold...but they just seem like excuses.
I will just keep doing my best and eventually it will pay off!
