I tried to squeeze in a quick run this morning. We are only on our second day of our day care schedule, so I am still learning how to integrate exercise into it.
The worst part here is that I feel kind of ill, I am definitely coming down with some type of cold or something. It started last night, and I feel worse today, but I had to get in a quickie run. I think 25+ miles may be a monthly PR for me. (I just wanted to say PR, haha) It is nice to see that while I felt like I was taking it easy due to sickness I still came in at a respectable (for me) 9:16 and my HR was fairly under control. Cool stuff.
