Another dark and cold morning in NJ.
I was feeling kind of 'off' the whole run, and it showed. Not really my best effort.
Towards the end of mile two my right leg started tightening up on me. Mostly my calf and my inner knee/thigh area. It is not severe, but it was enough to call it after the first of what I wanted to be two laps. It is frustrating because I wanted today to be a 4 mile day.
I am missing my bike a little too. Maybe I can start integrating that back in somehow...it could take some of the load off of my knees and help me mix it up a bit to prevent boredom.
