Notes
This was an easy run to kick off the week. After doing 4 miles on Sunday, i didn't want to overdo it. i knew I could do more, but I want to pace myself to prevent injury.
This week is shaping up to be a good one for running. I have this Friday off of my first job, so I can work my second job. haha! But the good news is that I will have a tiny bit of time on Friday morning. So maybe I can run on a Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat schedule and see how it feels to do 3 days straight...
