I didn't get to ride my bike at all this week, so this was just to keep in touch with that side of my training. I wanted each mile to stay under the 3:30 mark, so that is good.

Again, all of this was done in a lower gear, so my cadence average was 91 rpm which is cool. It was also nice to see that my HR didn't really get that elevated until I pushed it in mile 6. Even then, it didn't get too high. Overall, I didn't want to get too burnt out or push it too hard since tomorrow morning is the first group run for our R2C team!
