Notes

Guesstimate since I ran on trails the entire time. I was pretty tired on the hills, and it didn't help that I ran on the hilliest section of the park during the first 30 minutes. Once I got on the flat part I was able to get into a good rhythm and kept that for a majority of the run. I thought I saw a bear, so I got a little paranoid. There were a ton of No trespassing signs that I had passed in the first 20 minutes, so I was a little jumpy. A screeching noise made me stop in my tracks because it sounded like a baby bear, and everyone knows when there is a baby bear, there probably is a hormonal, defensive momma bear ready to rip your head off around the corner. But it was only a fucking tree moving with the wind. I didn't have to go to the bathroom after that.
