I would say it was a solid workout given the rainy and super windy conditions. I think that it would be really easy any other day. The 600's were really tough, but I was able to relatively consistent. The ankle was feeling iffy, but I think it will hold up for another few weeks, and hopefully be better by that time. The little tweaks here and there are not helping.
