Fartlek: 90, 60, 30 seconds hard with the jogging rest being how long the next one is. It felt tough. I have been feeling sore all week, so I didn't try to stay with the front pack. Paul and I worked together for most of it and were able to keep the pace up there. I felt like I was a little hunched over for some reason, which didn't make my stride feel great. It was a god effort after a tough workout Thursday, so I am happy with how it went.
