This was not a good workout at all. I was with Paul, Brad, and Bashir, and had trouble keeping up with them after the first 600. I had still have that knot in my calf which caused my left leg to feel uncomfortable, but that wouldn't explain the giant turd of a workout I had. I have to make sure I and well stretched and rested before the race on Saturday, otherwise I will be in for a world of hurt.
