Notes

I had PT this morning that included over 13 200m sprints with exercises in between such as squat jumps and lunge jumps. I wasn't feeling good enough to do the workout today, so I did an easy run instead. It was snowing and sleeting but I felt pretty good. My calf was only slightly tight, but not something that I felt much throughout the run. I will do the workout tomorrow.
