My pace includes stopping twice to take off my shoe and sock. My toenail was digging into a neighboring toe, and I finally resorted to putting a leaf between my toes. It didn't work, but I was tired of stopping. I had wanted this to be my very first continuous 1 hour run, but even without the toe issues I had to step aside for bikers several times today.
To the park: 10:17 (about 1 mile)
Through Mosquito Flats and Bite once: 17:20 (about 1.7 miles)
Through Mosquito Flats and Bite once more + home 34 minutes (2.7 miles)
