I am trying to get and keep my weekly mileage over 15, and I didn't want to run most of them on Saturday, so I decided to run tonight while mom was watching the girls and the boys were with daddy. This was the cool down for my mile time trial. The interesting thing about this run is it was completely easy... and my pace was faster than the somewhat hard run in my neighborhood on Monday morning. My hilly neighborhood is good training ground.
