Notes

Note to self: Your neighborhood can truly be a recovery run only if you walk up the hills. Don't kid yourself into thinking this was a recovery.

This was the grossest, most humid run I have ever endured. My legs felt like jelly at the top of WW2. I am positive I cannot run 8 tomorrow or Wednesday with Aimee, but I might be able to do 4 each day, which would be better for my training, anyway.
