Ran at Haley's. Went around and ran with the Hoka SpeedGoats
Thought about Al's word with having the free will of life. With Winter coming around, people are comfortable being inside their homes and relaxing. All while wild life is trying to migrate and survive the harshness of winter. It's fascinating that humans are capable of being comfortable and just have amazing minds to create. Something really special about the brain and what we can tap into if we really focus on positives and what we can contribute to society. Anyways, it was a great run
