Ran a little longer tempo than planned, took a wrong turn. Ran 5 hills, wasn't that bad. Legs feel decent, probably feel worse tomorrow. Just did a small cooldown, overall I liked the workout. It wasn't that fast of a tempo and we didnt hit the hills super hard. Ran with Omar and Santa.
