15 minute warm up

4x800 on track with 1 minute jog between each

10 minute cool down

I had to do this a little sooner than expected in the day but I wanted to be sure to get it in. I was having trouble really going all out on these, I guess it was too soon after my first run of the day. I feel it would have been more effective in the evening when I had had time to recover. I would say the effort was decent but I just couldn't push myself as much as I was hoping to. My legs felt good most of the time, but my the end my legs ached. The weather was perfect for the time of day and made it really enjoyable.
