10 minute warm up

3x5 minutes with 3 minute jog in between

15 minute cool down

It was a decent work out. The first one was great but then a muscle in my leg really started hurting and I didnt push as much on the last two but they weren't awful, they could have been better though. Tonights run was so much better than this mornings, even the cool down wasn't too bad.
