Notes

An easy 55 this morning through my neighborhood. My leg muscles were absolutely dead where I had just woken up. I didn't push the pace at all for the first half then I tried to pick up the pace about half way through.

U have a nice recovery week going on. Mikalyn just listen to your body. You have talent and u just need a solid training program and give your body enough time to adapt to the training. Have fun with the process. Don't put too much stress on yourself with race times in the summer. The heat and humidity takes its toll on all runners. Some moreso than others. Keep on putting those base miles in the bank and the dividends will pay out on raceday!
