Great workout: 2 mile WU, 200 untimed, 400 in 1:29, 600 in 2:15, 800 in 2:59, 1000 in 3:42, 800 in 3:00, 400 in 1:26, 200 untimed, all with 200-400m jog recovery. 1.25 mile cooldown. Challenging but not overwhelming. Actually ready to stop running after that! Felt strong during intervals and maintained form well.
