2nd OA, 1st AG. Felt REALLY good and positive throughout 11 miles, kept at it for last 2.1. Happy with effort and result, especially with no taper or rest. Great for mental state/confidence.
Nutrition* Oatmeal 3 hrs before, half powerbar :45 min before, recovery after with banana, 1.5 gels on course with water. Seems to be the formula.
