Notes

Tough, yet good run. Negative split at least effort wise on last half. Liked the route and went by fast. No soreness really anywhere on run. Form felt really good on backstretch on Lake Woodlands Dr. Got Reeeeallly sweaty. had handheld bottle and took 1 get. Honey STinger waffle and 1 serving of perform seemed to work well for fueling. Didn't need anything until turnaround at 6.25. Started at 5:30 AM.
