YUCK! Heel/ankle not cooperating as I attempted the 3 x 1.5. Could not get any power, come up on toes or relax. Therefore only 1 mile in 6:50 was accomplished. Ran easy for the rest, scrapped it, then hit the pool for :30 did 5 x 2:30 hard. Pissed, but lifted and got 70 mins in so its ok. If heel improves, will try workout again next week. Considering pushing 5k back.
