Hilly route. Non competitive in this race, did good mental training and was very relaxed before hill and heat combo did me in. Takeaways: I am in good shape, can run well. Relaxed running works. Slipped into too competitive or a role after mile 9. Felt like I had something to prove.
Even if just as a LR, need to plan execution of race into segments. Glad I got it in and good training day.
