Did well on 400s, even able to accelerate on last half. Changed speeds and focused on form well. Walked off track happy. Seemed to recover very fast from intervals. Did drink a scoop of ignyte. Humidity made warmup and cooldown feel worse than intervals! LOL
Muddy trails is Sat. Focus is to get out front for clear running room, and go from sign/section to section.
