Did the best I could with very cold wind chill. Wore split shorts and struggled after mile 3. Initial pace felt easy and had to talk self through staying around 6:40. Could not feel quads and lost power. Mile 4 was rough, caught people in the chute, however and ended up 1st F! Yesterday not very tired or sore. Feel stronger vs. weaker and okay to train a little harder.
Shoes performed great. No difficulty with supination and felt light.
