Notes

Heel stiff at first. Stretched every couple miles. Then didn't feel like quitting. Used HR monitor and temps are definitely up. Glad it ended better and I was more tired in the beginning. Air Pegs surprisingly comfortable. Wearing them to work to help keep heel elevated, as the ortho site said to do.
