Notes

Octane

Made it a solid 60 minutes on the Octane.&nbsp; Got in 10.6 miles.&nbsp; Went pretty much 5:40 pace the whole way w/ HR 138-140 most of the way.&nbsp; Picked it up the last 10 minutes.&nbsp; Legs a little dead from yesterday and from being up all night.&nbsp; No PTT pain at all during workout, still have weakness in calf and foot though.&nbsp; At this point, pain is only reproducable on touch, very isolated now.<br/>
