Octane
Made it a solid 60 minutes on the Octane. Got in 10.6 miles. Went pretty much 5:40 pace the whole way w/ HR 138-140 most of the way. Picked it up the last 10 minutes. Legs a little dead from yesterday and from being up all night. No PTT pain at all during workout, still have weakness in calf and foot though. At this point, pain is only reproducable on touch, very isolated now.<br/>
