Today did a really good track workout during lunch. Ran 3.25 mile warmup, legs were tight. Then ran 4x200m (44,41,41,42) to get things moving. Then ran 6x800m in really consistent times (2:56,2:51,2:55,2:54,2:53,2:53). None under 2:50, but all under 3:00, so pretty happy with that. Still really lacking in strength. Third one was the toughest. The last three were a lot easier cardio wise, but just lack strength to go any faster. This is a very encouraging workout. 8 days until my half marathon.
