Octane
Did a quick 15 minutes on the Octane during lunch. Got in 2.71 miles, Avg. HR 125, max 140. Felt pretty decent. Hamstrings are sore from Yoga yesterday. Really wanting to get out and run. Although I have no pain, there are still issues to be fixed with this whole tendonitis thing. Muscles are still very tight and weak. Going to try to do another interval type workout tonight.
