Notes

Octane

Did a quick 15 minutes on the Octane during lunch.&nbsp; Got in 2.71 miles, Avg. HR 125, max 140.&nbsp; Felt pretty decent. Hamstrings are sore from Yoga yesterday.&nbsp; Really wanting to get out and run.&nbsp; Although I have no pain, there are still issues to be fixed with this whole tendonitis thing.&nbsp; Muscles are still very tight and weak.&nbsp; Going to try to do another interval type workout tonight.
