Today, ran a pretty decent 5x1000m on my new hilly 1000m loop in (3:55,3:52,3:51,3:50,3:48). Legs still not 100% fresh, but was able to really get in a decent effort. 2 mile warmup from RH to loop, then 2 mile cooldown. Very encouraged by this workout.
