Octane Repeats
Did a really solid repeats workout on the Octane. Did 3 mile warmup w/ HR right around 135. Then did half mile on, quarter mile off times 5. Running-wise it equates to about a 600m repeat on the track. Hit them in 2:17,2:13,2:11,2:14,2:14 all getting HR up to 170. Recoveries were right around 2 minutes, getting HR back down to 130-135 before it was time to take off again. Continued on for another mile to get in 8 miles in 47:10. Probably about 6 mile effort running-wise.
