Ran from RH to 1000m loop. Lower right leg very tight during warmup. Had to stop several times to stretch on the way out. Legs just still aren't there, but still did 5x1000m (3:59,3:51,3:47,3:52,3:46). Jogged back to RH, had to stop and rub out left soleus as achilles bursa were really tender.
