Really good workout tonight. Almost didn't run at all because I just didn't feel all that well today. Ran from Dobbs Park to Deming Park, then ran 3x1.62mile loop in pretty decent times (10:41,10:11,10:22) Kinda cooked the legs on the second one w/ the first mile in 6:01. Last 1000m is very hilly and twisty. Season best times for this workout. Took the 4+ mile cooldown really easy. Temp a very cool and breezy 64 and sunny, part of the reason I opted w/ Dobbs for the workout.
