Today ran fast mile repeats with Jeff and Dave w/ mile recovery run between each on the trails at Hawthorn Park. Ran them pretty good even though the legs are still tired. Went 5:39,5:30,5:30. Temp was cool and breezy, 44 and very damp. Did 2 mile warmup and 1.5 mile cooldown. No Octane today during
