Testing the Waters
Walked 12 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph with the incline all the way up to 12 to try to force push-off from my toes. Then ran an easy 2 miles on the indoor track at Rose w/ Kim. Had a little discomfort, but completely isolated to upper ankle area, no pain in tibia at all and did not progress as run went. Good sign. Highly encouraged.
