By far the strongest workout I've had since I started cross-training again at the end of November. Really strong tonight after hydrating up this afternoon. Really consistent effort the whole way and kept HR around 162 pretty much the whole way except the beginning. This effort is about equivalent to running 15 miles at 6:40 pace for me.
