Warm day for a 5K run down Jarvis and along Cherry street. New watch is great and although the pace while running fluctuates a bit, the distance is spot on. Did another straight 5K run with no rests but 2 ten and ones, actually 12 and ones on each segment. Slight negative split 18:55/18:30 with a pace of 6:54 on the back half.
